Steam along to Ludborough this coming Bank Holiday weekend where the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway will be holding a special two-day ‘Steampunk’-themed event.

The heritage line will be open on Sunday 28th May and Bank Holiday Monday and the star of the show will be a unique guest steam locomotive named ‘Wissington’ which will be pulling the train for the last time this weekend before it returns home to Norfolk.

There will be lots of attractions for all the family in the marquee and in the rear field at Ludborough station, including traditional Punch & Judy shows, falconry flying displays and a wide range of arts and crafts stalls.

Steam trains will be running every hour from 10.45am to 3.45pm both days and normal ticket prices will apply: £7 adults, £5 seniors, £4 children and £18 for a family ticket.
