Each year, for the past seven years, the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway Society has organised coach trips to other heritage railways throughout the UK. This year’s trip was a four day outing to Scotland, visiting the Strathspey and Bo’ness & Kinneil railways. Monies raised from these trips goes towards the ‘Making Tracks for Louth’ appeal to extend the running line at the LWR. The photograph shows some of the coach party at the Strathspey Railway’s engine shed and workshops at Aviemore on 27th April.
