The towns and villages of Lincolnshire were once served by a network of railway routes that crossed the county but by 1970 most of the branch lines and even some of the main lines had been closed.

Local author, journalist and broadcaster Alan Stennett will be giving a talk on these lost lines when he is the guest speaker at the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Lincolnshire Wold Railway Society.

The meeting is being held at 2pm on Sunday 3rd March at Fulstow Village Hall, Main Street, Fulstow and will be open to members of the public. Refreshments will be served.
